A generalized review of the neural network will help you immediately understand what attracts people the most about the product and whether it is worth reading their comments about it. Now smart reviews are available to some users, but in the coming days everyone will see them.
Smart reviews consist of two parts: a detailed commentary on a product and a set of key characteristics that are most often noted by users – for example, build quality, design and usability, and noise level. A neural network trained by Yandex helps to compose reviews for the service. She collects the opinions of buyers, finds matches in them and based on them creates a generalized review.

The potential coverage of these cards is 80% of service users. In the future, reviews of the neural network will appear in all product cards. Now they have 14 million reviews of 500 million words.
According to Yandex.Market, products with reviews are purchased 17% more often. To get even more reviews, in April 2021 the service added the ability to receive Yandex Plus points for publishing opinions about products.
