No Impact On Sellers
Yandex Market emphasized that the reorganization is purely procedural and will not affect its operations with sellers. Existing terms and processes will remain unchanged.
Once the transition is finalized, sellers will receive official notifications with the updated details for document processing and financial settlements. Until then, all transactions will continue as usual under Yandex LLC.
Updated Document Flow
- November 2024: Closing documents will still be issued by Yandex LLC.
- December 2024 and beyond: Documents will be issued under Yandex Market LLC.
Sellers will also receive detailed instructions on updating electronic document management systems. Each seller will be contacted individually to ensure a smooth transition.
